Hoax buyers Warning.

Any body who advertise their equipment for sale on this website please be warned, recently one of the sellers was contacted by email requesting information on their equipment, as they had a 'client' interested in purchasing. They agreed to pay the full asking price & forwarded a bankers draft to the seller. Although the seller was suspicious, he carried on with the 'deal' out of interest. On receiving the bankers draft, which was double the asking price he phoned the bank were it was supposed to have been issued, who confirmed that it was indeed was fraudlent. The matter has now been passed onto the PSNI for further investigation.

It you receive any email with any of the following please be aware that it may not be genuine & contact the PSNI for further assistance.

Bad grammer in the email.
It is claimed they have a 'client' interested in buying.
They agree to the asking price, with no dealing.
You receive a bankers draft for double the agreed amount.

If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is.
